Western North Carolina Visits so far!
We were so excited to get to visit a few of our customers in Western North Carolina during the first part of 2019! We wanted to share a few shots of what we enjoyed and let you know where you can go to eat some great bread if you are headed that way! We will be back in Asheville soon for the Bread Fest, but are always happy to hear from our customers and their customers, so if you've enjoyed visiting one of these awesome places, let us know!

It was so nice to get to see our bakers in the bakery and hear more about what they are working on and answer their flour questions. I had some great bread and got the chance to visit with so many good friends. Pictured here is bread from our friends at Verdant Bread in Charlotte, some incredible goodies at Rise Above Bakehouse in Asheville, and some gorgeous loaves from City Bakery in Asheville. We also got to visit Underground Bakery in Hendersonville, Vortex Doughnuts and Hole Doughnuts in Asheville and many more!
We brought an abundance of bread back to our team for a taste test after this trip. With breads from 10 bakeries, doughnuts from our favorite doughnut places in Asheville and pretzels, scones, and more on the menu. We think it's incredibly important to eat good bread, made with top quality ingredients, but we also want to make sure that our team gets to taste what they make. They really enjoyed it and we are looking forward to stocking up again at the Asheville Bread Fest in April.
